phwi is an online gaming platform intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years and above who are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law or regulation that applies to you personally. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the phwi platform in any capacity. If phwi has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance may be withheld pending verification. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on phwi — duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. All deposits on phwi are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through the local payment channels listed on the Deposit page, and your account balance is always displayed in PHP with no currency conversion applied. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment channel, and processing times may vary depending on the channel you select. phwi does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method you use must belong to you personally and match the name on your registered account. Minimum deposit amounts apply per channel and are clearly stated on the Deposit page before you initiate any transaction, so please review those details carefully before proceeding. phwi is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or banking institutions outside of phwi's direct control. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number so the issue can be investigated promptly. Account balances on phwi are non-transferable and may only be used for gaming activity within the platform.
You agree to use the phwi platform only for its intended purpose of personal entertainment gaming and in full compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities: using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a non-human manner; attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the platform for financial gain; engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or collusion with other players; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or take advantage of any platform features more than once. phwi reserves the right to void any transactions or gaming activity that it reasonably believes resulted from prohibited conduct, and to recover any funds obtained through such activity. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract data or content from the phwi platform without written authorisation is also strictly prohibited. phwi cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the Philippines and will disclose account information when required to do so by law.

All content on the phwi platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of phwi or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phwi platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and this licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content. You must not use the phwi name, logo, or any other brand assets in any context outside of the platform without prior written permission from phwi. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phwi regarding the platform may be used by phwi without any obligation to compensate you or attribute the contribution to you. phwi provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to any part of the platform at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming funds due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor errors beyond phwi's reasonable control. phwi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information or content on the platform. Nothing in these terms limits phwi's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law. Your use of the phwi platform is at your own risk, and you are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the platform securely.
